Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
The Town of Breckenridge Free Ride Transit System has filed its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Plan with the Federal Transit Administration in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26. A copy of the amended plan may be downloaded below. As part of its DBE Plan, the Free Ride will offer technical assistance and information related to DBE to encourage qualified DBE firms to register for certification status and participate in the procurement process. These include the adopted 2009 Transit Master Plan (in parts, as it is a very large PDF) and our most recent On-Board customer surveys. The Free Ride conducts on-board surveys on a bi-annual basis.
