Consolidate a dedicated Arts District within Breckenridge that acknowledges and compliments existing arts-based facilities. Create an arts-based community asset that will appeal to and engage local residents and visitors alike. Stimulate existing community interest in the arts and create opportunities for the public to experience and participate in arts activities.
