The Breckenridge Town Code is on-line and fully word-searchable.

The Town Code of the Town of Breckenridge, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including Ordinance No. 5, passed January 10, 2012. Ordinances of the Town adopted after Ordinance No. 5, Series 2012 supersede the provisions of this Town Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith.

ORDINANCES PENDING CODIFICATION are listed in the Table of Contents (TOC) on the left-hand side of the home page and at the top of the section or chapter page that is being modified. Consult the Town Clerk's office WebsiteClerk@townofbreckenridge.com in order to determine whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded, or repealed.
