Join Louisa Morrissey with Skijor-N-More and learn to skijor with your dog! Bring your dog to this beginning workshop about the great team sport of skijoring! What is skijoring? It is cross country skiing attached to your dog while your dog pulls. The ultimate winter human/dog team sport! Participants must be able to cross country ski first or take a lesson at Gold Run Nordic Center to prepare. This is a BYOD (bring your own dog) event...we do NOT have dogs to ski with.

Note: Participants must know how to cross country ski before taking this workshop. If you need a ski lesson, please contact Gold Run Nordic Center at (970) 547-7889 to schedule a lesson. Skijoring equipment is available for rent at Gold Run Nordic Center. Cross country ski equipment is also available for rent at Gold Run Nordic Center.
