HOME OF THE FREE RIDE
Located at 150 Watson Avenue, at the base of the Breck Connect Gondola, you will find Breckenridge Station - the Town of Breckenridge's intermodal Transit Center.
Breckenridge Station is the central hub for the Town's public transportation providers. The Free Ride Transit System and the Summit Stage use the Transit Center in which to transfer passengers and to provide access to the Breck Connect Gondola for winter express service to Peaks 7 and 8.
A waiting area, public restrooms, and public Wi-Fi are some of the amenities offered inside Breckenridge Station. Schedule maps for both the Free Ride and Summit Stage are available inside the transit center.
Breckenridge Station displays maps of the overall transportation network and of the individual boarding locations for the bus routes.
Skier drop-off is available in the 15-minute parking area on the south side of Watson Avenue across from Breckenridge Station. There is no stopping or parking allowed on Watson Avenue or inside the transit horseshoe.
Public parking is available for a fee in the Gondola North and Gondola South parking lots, which are located on each side of the Transit Center. After 3 pm, parking is free in all of the parking lots in Breckenridge.
