Dog Licenses for the Town of Breckenridge:Two Golden Retrievers on a Hike

All dogs residing in Breckenridge must be licensed. Breckenridge Dog Tags for 2013 are now available and may be purchased at the Breckenridge Police Department, 150 Valley Brook Street.  Proof of rabies innoculation is required at the time of application. The annual license fee is $5.00 and $10.00 if not spayed or neutered.

Looking for some fun with your dog?  Enjoy the Carter Park Dog Park located at the south end of High Street. All unleashed dogs must remain within the fenced area and must be accompanied by an owner. Dogs should also have a collar and identifying tags. Please be considerate of those who visit the dog park after you, and remember to remove any of your dog's excrement before leaving. Plastic bags are available on site for your convenience.
