Sustainable Building Code Ordinance 29, Series 2008, was adopted by the Town of Breckenridge on June 24, 2008, and became effective on January 1, 2009. Any development permits submitted to the Town after December 31, 2008, need to adhere to the ordinance. Please contact the building division should you need additional information at 970-453-3180.
