OVERVIEW
The Riverwalk Center is available for rental year-round and is a heated and enclosed facility with a lawn that is also available to rent. The summer season is the busiest time as the Riverwalk hosts a summer music festival as well as a variety of other events. The Riverwalk Center is staffed with a Technical Director and a Box Office during this summer season only- end of May to the beginning of September.

RENTAL FEES
Rental includes a clean facility, use of basic house and stage lighting, a house manager for the length of your event and use of 770 chairs. Users should anticipate the following expenses beyond the venue rental fee: sound equipment rental and sound engineers, ushers/security, catering needs, catering equipment rental (linens, silverware ...), table rental, chair/table/venue set up beyond standard theatre style set , decorations and staff to decorate and insurance fees. The Town of Breckenridge requires a certificate of insurance listing the Town as additionally insured for up to 1 million dollars in general liability coverage.
