Medical Marijuana Dispensary Application Information

Ordinance 30, Series 2009, went in to effect on October 7, 2009.  Please read the ordinance in full prior to starting the application process.

In order to apply for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary, your first step after reading the ordinance is to contact the Community Development Department at 970-453-3160 or websitecommdev@townofbreckenridge.com.  You must determine, with the help of a Planner, whether the dispensary location you would like to apply for is in compliance with applicable zoning requirements.  To see the Medical Marijuana Dispensary zoning map, please click here.
