Medical Marijuana Dispensary Application Information

The Breckenridge Town Council passed an emergency ordinance on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, placing a moratorium on new applications for medical marijuana dispensaries.

Existing dispensaries and dispensaries that have completed applications submitted to the Town's Community Development department prior to June 22, 2010, are not affected by this moratorium.  The moratorium will be in place until March 22, 2011, unless sooner repealed.
