The Home Energy Loan Program (HELP!) Summit offers low interest loans to Summit County owner occupied residential property who want to make energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements to their property. This program is a collaboration among the Town of Breckenridge, Summit County and the High Country Conservation Center. Owner occupied residential properties in Summit County (including all of the incorporated towns) are eligible under this program. The Town of Breckenridge allows for renewable energy sources to be considered under HELP! Summit. Currently, this is a pilot program with limited initial funding, however, it is expected that this program will grow in the future and a second round of funds will be avaible at the start of 2011. Successful applicants will be those that score highest in the selection criteria ranking and meet all of the required criteria. For more information on HELP!
