The Building and Planning Departments utilize EnerGov 9 as our permitting and planning management system. This system allows online access for contractors and customers, and increases efficiencies throughout the department.
The Citizen Access Portal (CAP) is for inspection requests, and access to permits and property information: https://energovcitizenaccess.tylertech.com/Breckenridge/CitizenAccess/Site/Public/Main.

YOU MUST REQUEST YOUR INSPECTION NO LATER THAN:
* MIDNIGHT THE DAY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING ON LINE VIA THE CITIZEN ACCESS PORTAL (CAP) OR
* 6:00PM THE DAY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING BY TELEPHONE VIA THE INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVR).
If you do not have computer access to Citizen Access Portal (preferred method, above), contractor access to voice activated inspection scheduling is available by calling 866-729-1966. Please note: you will need a permit PIN number to call inspections in on this phone system. For existing permits, please call 970-453-3180 to receive a PIN number for your permits.
