The Building and Planning Departments utilize EnerGov 9 as our permitting and planning management system. This system allows online access for contractors and design professionals' and increases efficiencies throughout the department.
Attention Contractors and Design Professionals our Online Inspection System has now changed to Citizen Self Service.
The Citizen Self Service is for online inspection requests, and access to Permits Including Development Permits.
This is the preferred method for inspection requests. (Save this link to your favorites for easy access.)
YOU MUST REQUEST YOUR INSPECTION NO LATER THAN:
* 12:00 AM THE DAY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING ON LINE VIA THE CITIZEN SELF SERVICE OR (CSS)
* 12:00 AM THE DAY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE IF YOU ARE REQUESTING BY TELEPHONE VIA THE INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVR).
If you do not have computer access to Citizen Self Service (preferred method, above), contractor access to voice activated inspection scheduling is available by calling 866-729-1966. Please note: you will need a Permit PIN Number to call inspections in on this phone system. This is located on the top of the Building Permit.
