The Wellington Neighborhood & Lincoln Park began in 2001 and is an award winning neighborhood of for sale single family and double homes. This local neighborhood is a mix of 80% deed restricted homes and 20% market homes. Many homes are built around greens while other front narrow intimate streets. Lincoln Park is currently being developed and is the newest phase of the Wellington Neighborhood. Located one mile from downtown Breckenridge, 34 units have been constructed out of 62 total units. Approximately 80% of the 78 homes are required to be deed-restricted, and approximately 20% (maximum of 32%) may be unrestricted, market-rate units.
As of May 2017, 198 units have been constructed with 28 left to build in Lincoln Park. The development includes town homes, double homes, and single family homes that front common space greens. Open space, carports, garages, and access to the Town's Free Ride transit service are additional features of this housing development.
