Road CutExcavation & Encroachment Permits are available May 1 - October 31 due to snow removal operations.

Who needs and Excavation & Encroachment Permit?             Any person, business, or organization intending on excavating or encroaching into the town right-of-way (street or property) must be issued an Excavation & Encroachment Permit from the Town of Breckenridge Public Works office.

Traffic Control Plan is required to be filled out for your permit to be considered complete.
