TRX Suspension Training

Ages 14 & Up

TRX Suspension Training will allow you to perform exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. Sessions will focus primarily on strength training and will include advanced moves for those looking to amp up their workout! Each session will be 45-minutes of self-paced intensity and may include additional equipment as the sessions progress. Ages 14 and up.

A minimum of 4 participants must be signed up by Friday, August 31, or it will be canceled.
