At the Town Council meeting on June 13, 2023, Breckenridge Grand Vacations presented the initial ideas for proposed development projects on the Gold Rush Lot and Peak 8. These ideas, if supported by Town Council and ultimately approved through the regular planning process, would effectively take the place of earlier development plans on the South Gondola and Gold Rush lots. Council will be discussing these proposed development projects at the next Council Meeting on July 11, 2023.
