The Nordic season is rapidly approaching, and the Gold Run Nordic Center (GRNC) is preparing for another winter filled with fun outdoor activities! As we gear up for the season, we’d like to remind you that we are currently offering early bird pricing on Nordic passes, through Sunday, November 23. Be sure to purchase your pass now before prices go up!

The GRNC shop will open starting Monday, November 3 (Monday-Friday) from 10:00am-2:00pm, for pass and sticker pick up. Please note, access to the building needs to be from the back stairs (East side of the building) due to a construction project on the front stairs. The GRNC anticipates opening on Thanksgiving weekend, although the official opening date is still TBD, based on the weather.

We would like to make you aware that the Breckenridge Nordic Center Annual Ski swap is coming up, which benefits local youth teams. The ski swap will take place Friday, November 7 through Sunday, November 16 from 9:00am-5:00pm daily. Please check in equipment between November 1-6 from 9:00am-4:30pm. Equipment checked in during days of the swap will have a significantly reduced chance of selling. This season there is an especially high need for youth performance skis. Please help us provide these needs for our local youth racers. All youth equipment must be checked in by noon on November 6. 20% of all sales directly benefit local youth ski teams.
