Allowed:

• One individual item for sale, or one dressed mannequin (on private property)
• Larger equipment (e.g., bikes, paddleboards) with a permit

Not Allowed:

• Clothing racks, tables, bins, or multiple items
• Displays blocking entrances or sidewalks
