Lottery Information

There will be three (3) lottery types for Phase 1.1 of the Runway Neighborhood. Lottery applications will be accepted May 11-15, 2026. All units are deed restricted and require at least 30 hours per week of employment in Summit County.

1. Deed Restricted Work Requirement Lottery
2. Income-Restricted Lottery (AMI Limited, Townhomes Only)
3. Summit School District Employees*

*Summit School District Employees are eligible for the SSD lottery. More information for those employees is available through SSD.

Lottery Information Sessions

Lottery information sessions will be held on May 11th (Spanish) and May 13th (English) at the Summit Combined Housing Authority offices, 4:30-6:30pm.
