Effective January 1, 2017, all marijuana caregivers must register with the Town of Breckenridge (Per Breckenridge Town Code 4-14-27-1).

In order to register, you will need to provide the address of your marijuana cultivation and a registry ID number with a plant count for each patient (up to a maximum of 5 patients). 

There is NO FEE for the Town of Breckenridge Marijuana Caregiver License.

* Please note that a caregiver is responsible for maintaining a current list of patients and providing the list to enforcement officials upon request.  Patient ID's will be cross referenced with the State to ensure proper use of the caregiver system. 

**Individuals and establishments currently licensed as retail and/or medical marijuana businesses may NOT register or function as a caregiver.
