Electric Dirt Bikes/Surrons (OHV) Off-Highway Vehicles
Surrons and other electric dirt bikes are allowed on specific motorized trails on National Forest lands. Electric dirt bikes are not permitted on public roadways, recreation paths or trails not designated for dirt biking within Breckenridge or Summit County, in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 33-14.5-108 and also a violation of Section 1412(15) of the Model Traffic Code, as amended. If a dirt bike is permitted on a trail, then Surrons are also allowed.
