Mail Ballot Drop-Off Location
There is only one election precinct for all regular and special elections of the Town, the boundary being the same as the corporate limits of the Town. Voters can return their voted ballots by mail or may hand deliver their ballots to a designated drop-off location.
For regular Breckenridge electors, ballots must be received at the Town of Breckenridge Town Hall by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day in order for their ballot to be counted. Ballots received after 7:00 p.m. on Election Day will not be counted.
Absent uniformed service electors and resident/nonresident overseas electors (UOCAVA) voted ballots must be in possession of Town Clerk's Office no later than the close of business on April 15, 2026 to be counted. This only applies for registered UOCAVA voters.
Drop - Off Your Ballot
Voters can drop - off their ballot at two secure and monitored ballot drop box locations.
Breckenridge Town Hall Lobby -150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424
Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Voters can also drop - off their ballots after hours at the secured and monitored 24 - Hour Ballot Drop Box at the Summit County Old Courthouse located at 208 East Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
Election Ballot Drop Off is available until 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.

Mail ballots can be mailed back using the pre-addressed return envelope included in your mail ballot packet. If needed, the mailing address is:
