Invitation to Bid
Sealed proposals for the Blue River Restoration Project will be received by the Owner, the Town of Breckenridge, at the Office of the Town Clerk, 150 Ski Hill Road, until 10:00 A.M, June 10, 2016. All Bids will be opened publicly. The Town of Breckenridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.

The Town of Breckenridge will be accepting bids for the Crack Sealing maintenance of Town streets and parking lots. Prospective contractors must be able to complete the work by Monday, June 27, 2016.

Both Tonapah and French St Parking Lots will be closed on Thursday, May 5, 2016 for paint striping. Both Lots should be open to parking late Thursday afternoon.

Annual Hwy 9 Median Maintenance will occur Monday, May 9 - Thursday, May 12, 2016. Please expect one-lane restrictions in each direction on Hwy 9 between Valley Brook St and Coyne Valley Rd.

Construction has begun on the Pinewood Village Sidewalk project on Airport Road. Currently, one lane of Airport Road is closed near Rankin Avenue for construction activities. Airport Road is still open to through traffic in both the northbound and southbound directions, but minor delays should be expected through the work zone. Traffic delays should be expected during weekdays for the remainder of the project, which is scheduled to be completed in late June.

Qualified individuals, firms, or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed proposal to the Town of Breckenridge (hereinafter referred to as “TOWN”) to provide construction observation and materials testing services for the Park Avenue (SH 9) and Four O’clock Roundabout construction scheduled for the summer and fall of 2016.
