The Town of Breckenridge utilizes an online portal called Citizen Self Service (CSS), which integrates with EnerGov, our permitting software. The Citizen Self Service page is available here: https://energovcitizenaccess.tylertech.com/BreckenridgeCO/SelfService. You must request inspections on line no later than 11:00pm the evening before the requested inspection date.
If you do not have computer access to Citizen Self Service (preferred method, above), contractor access to voice activated inspection scheduling is available by calling 866-729-1966. Please note: you will need a Permit PIN Number to call inspections in on this phone system. Your Permit Pin Number is located at the top of the printed permit next to the Permit Number.
Inspections requested on line or by phone must be requested by 11pm the evening before a work day. If an inspection is scheduled on a major holiday, that inspection will roll to the next available work day. Prior to requesting an inspection, be sure to have your permit number, street address, and PIN number (if applicable) and number of inspection requested available.
Specific times are only honored for concrete pours; please indicate the time of your pour in the note field of your on line request and be sure you have your frost report from one hour prior to the pour available on site for the inspector if your inspection is between November 1st and May 31st.
The inspector needs to access the work site, permit packet, and plans. Post your permit and plans on site in a place that is visible from the street. The permit package should be posted on site during the construction period. The contractor or responsible party is to be available for the inspection.
Access a list of the daily inspections here. Inspections will be listed daily, Monday through Friday,other than major holidays. The inspections are listed in order of the computerized list, NOT in the order the inspection will occur. The inspections listed for the day will occur between 8 am and 5 pm.
