General Information

Update March 27, 2020: Town Hall, including the Building Department, remains closed to the public.  Beginning the week of March 30, 2020, we will be conducting inspections, with specific guidelines.  Please carefully review our Jobsite COVID-19 Policy for all the information.  We will be available by phone (970) 453-3180 or email during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). Phone calls and emails will be answered promptly.  Thank you for your cooperation.

The Inspector needs to access the work site, permit packet, and plans for each requested inspection. Post the Permit Packet and Plans in an accessible, and visible location during the construction period.
