All new subdivisions within the Town of Breckenridge are regulated by Title 9, Chapter 2 of the Breckenridge Town Code. This section is known as the Breckenridge Subdivision Standards. The term “subdivision” includes the division of a tract or parcel of land or a building into two or more parcels, lots, sites or units for individual sale or future development. This includes condominium plats, townhouse plats, creation of party walls, subdivision of duplexes, lot line adjustments, creation of timeshares, and creation of cooperatives.
