The Building and Planning Departments utilize a public portal called Citizen Self Service, which integrates with EnerGov, our permitting and planning management system. This system allows online access for contractors and design professionals and increases efficiencies throughout the department.
The Citizen Self Service is for online inspection requests, and access to view permit information, including Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Development Permits. In order to view your permits or request inspections, you must first register for an account at the link below. Once your account request is approved (allow 24 hours for this), you're ready to view info and request inspections.

YOU MUST REQUEST YOUR INSPECTION NO LATER THAN 11:00PM THE DAY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED INSPECTION DATE.
If you do not have computer access to Citizen Self Service (preferred method, above), contractor access to voice activated inspection scheduling is available by calling 866-729-1966. Please note: you will need a Permit PIN Number to call inspections in on this phone system. This is located on the top of the Building Permit.
