As a liquor license holder, state statute requires the licensee of any premise notify the Town of Breckenridge of any changes that occur within your licensed premises. This could include, but is not limited to, a modification of your premises, changing the entity’s LLC or Corporate structure, and/or changing the registered manager for the liquor license. The town asks that all new managers make an appointment to see the Breckenridge Police Department.
