Each workforce housing project in Breckenridge has a restrictive covenant that details the specific requirements of the homeowners that occupy that residence.  Generally, the restrictive covenant outlines regulations regarding employment, short-term rentals, occupation, appreciation caps, capital improvements, among other restrictions specific to the project.  It is important for potential and current homeowners to understand the terms outlined in the Restrictive Covenant.  Homeowners are required to complete and affidavit each year to confirm that they are still eligible to occupy the home.  To find out if you are a qualified buyer for a home in one of these neighborhoods or to find out the max resale price please contact the Summit Combined Housing Authority.
