Dockless Bicycle Share Licensing Permit

The Breckenridge Town Council has adopted an ordinance (Title 4, Chapter 17) with the intent and purpose to protect the public health, safety, and welfare to prevent or mitigate any adverse impact that dockless shared bicycles may have to public or private property by licensing all persons who make available dockless shared bicycles in town.

Here is the application for a Dockless Bicycle Sharing Permit.  Please fill out and return to Peyton Rogers at, along with the $500 application fee.
