The Training Committee is a group of employees skilled and experienced in the design and delivery of many of the Town’s formal and informal training programs. They arrange for in-house and outside training programs that meet the learning needs of a diverse employee population. Through “Breck University”, employees may earn a “certificate” of learning, which provides them an excellent foundation of learning in a variety of skill areas.

Employee Relations Committee
The Town’s Employee Relations Committee is a dedicated group of employees from each department with the mission of: “Promoting employee relations through celebration, recognition, and engagement.” The Committee plans events such as the Summer Kickoff, Summer Picnic, Holiday Party, and Winter Event.
