Road CutExcavation & Encroachment Permits are available May 1 - October 31 due to snow removal operations.  Applications should be submitted no less than 48 hours prior to commencement of work/project.

Who needs and Excavation & Encroachment Permit?             Any person, business, or organization intending on excavating or encroaching into the town right-of-way (street or property) must be issued an Excavation & Encroachment Permit from the Town of Breckenridge Public Works office.

Traffic Control Plan is required to be filled out for your permit to be considered complete.

Infrared replacement not applied to roads 5 years or newer

Cost of entire infrared replacement

Slopes and drainage not restored to original condition
