Reporting a possible Short Term Rental violation

Complaints or concerns about the use of a property may be submitted through this web-form.

Once received the Finance Department will:

Check if the property is indeed renting short term, then

Check if the property has a short term rental license, and

Check if the property is remitting sales tax.

If the owner is non-compliant the Finance Department will follow up with the owner to gain compliance. 

If you choose to be notified, the Finance Department may only let you know if the property is licensed.  Sales tax is confidential and we will not be able to tell you if sales tax is collected and paid.
