Who needs a Right of Way Permit?
Any person, business, or organization intending on excavating or encroaching into the town right-of-way (street or property) must be issued a Right of Way Permit from the Town of Breckenridge Public Works office.
Traffic Control Plan is required to be filled out for your permit to be considered complete.
